Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our OAuth provider (Manus).

Profile & Branding Data: Display name, phone number, company name, and dealer logo you upload to personalize your outreach.

Contact Data: Names, phone numbers, and email addresses of your customers that you import or enter into the platform. You are the data controller for this information.

Video Recordings: Videos you record using Video Message are uploaded to secure cloud storage (Amazon S3) and associated with your account.

Usage Data: Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage to improve the platform.

Payment Information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We retain only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.

Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to resolve your inquiry.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the My Sales Guru platform
• Generate AI-powered scripts and coaching using your customer context
• Send video links via SMS and email on your behalf to your customers
• Process subscription payments and manage billing
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts)
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or send unsolicited marketing to your customers.

When you use Video Message to send a video to a customer, the message is sent from our platform on your behalf using the contact information you provide. By using this feature, you represent that:

• You have obtained appropriate consent from the recipient to receive communications
• You are complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws
• All messages include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to opt out")

We use Twilio for SMS delivery and Resend for email delivery. These providers process message content solely to deliver your messages.

We share data only with the following categories of service providers, strictly to operate the platform:

• Manus — authentication and infrastructure hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — SMS delivery
• Resend — email delivery
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — video file storage

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Contact records and video recordings are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account closure, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Know / Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to Portability: Request your data in a portable format
